– THE MENU–
Commencing at 11:30am the smorgasbord will include hot and cold dishes from Prawns, Oysters, Crab, to Whole baked salmon, baked barramundi fillets, salt & pepper squid, beer battered fish, prawn cutlets, and more. There will also be an array of sides from caesar salads, pasta salads, and coleslaw.
Then to follow, we will have a delighful dessert station to fill any dessert belly! From cheesecake, chocolate cake, lemon lime tart, and ofcourse Christmas pudding with brandy sauce!

We will be hosting seating through out the day for lunch from 11:30am -2pm. Choose from a variety of locations to sit around the club from the Compass terrace, indoors within the Salt Cove restuarnt, to the waterview terrace select your preference when making your booking.
