OUR PURPOSE
At RMYC, our purpose is to provide a vibrant and friendly Club environment for our members and guests with a focus on recreational boating. We are proud of our award winning marina and Club facilities situated in the beautiful Broken Bay, Newport. To deliver our purpose, we have over 100 employees who work together as ‘one team’. Each team members uses their specialised skills and abilities to provide excellent service across all areas of our Club, from the marina, to the bar, restaurants, reception, memberships, functions, marketing, finance and human resources.

OUR WAY OF WORKING
Our team members are passionate about RMYC and we want to see each and every one of them succeed in their roles. We work together in making the environment enjoyable not just for members and guests, but also for the employees (our team members).
We recognise and reward the effort of a ‘standout’ team member every month with our ‘Royal Legend’ award. We encourage team members to bring new ideas to RMYC and seek to ensure continuous improvement is a goal of not just the Club, but of every team member.
OUR COMMITTMENT TO GIVING BACK
At RMYC, our commitment extends beyond our members, guests and employees to encompass the wider community. We are also proud to support smaller, local charities throughout the year where we can including Marine Rescue, Bear cottage, and Gotcha4Life, Northern Beaches Clean Up Crew & Northen Beaches Women's Shelter.

CALLING ALL CASUALS!
We, the Royal Motor Yacht Club, have a fantastic hospitality team who work across our bars, brasserie , outdoor pizza kitchen, and restaurant kitchen but we need more help! Our Club is a hive of activity in the summer months, so we need more hands on deck to provide the exceptional level of service to our members that they expect and we love to deliver.
We are always open to inviting more people onboard (including wait staff, café attendants, bartenders, kitchen hands and chefs) who love hospitality, thrive on delivering great service and want to be part of a fun, passionate and hard-working team, all year round although particularly in our warmer months.
You will need a current RSA and RCG to join our hospitality team, or the relevant Chef qualifications to join our kitchen team, along with loads of enthusiasm to learn and get stuck in. If you think this is you, we would love to hear from you!
