Yoga at the Wellness Studio is designed to support mobility, flexibility and recovery.
Suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners, classes offer a calm, guided approach to movement that helps you feel more at ease in your body.
Yoga is delivered in small‑group formats within the Wellness Studio, with
occasional workshops and special events held elsewhere in the club.
This pathway focuses on mindful movement, breath and gentle strength, making it an ideal complement to both Strength or Pilates training, or as a standalone option for those seeking a slower, recovery‑focused practice.

Yoga sessions are available via casual bookings or multi‑session packs through the online portal, app or the lower‑ground concierge team.

- Mat Yoga (8–10 participants)
60 minute classes
Low‑impact, floor‑based classes using bodyweight

Casual Class: $38.50
Casual Sessions are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase and are available for both RMYC members and non-members to purchase.
All sessions expire automatically at the end of the applicable validity period.
Expired sessions are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
