Opening of the Boating Season
Join us on 17 October as we celebrate a truly historic occasion, the 100th Opening Day of the boating season at RMYC.
Enjoy welcome drinks and canapés as members and guests gather to mark a century of boating tradition and community. The day's festivities will feature live entertainment, a ceremonial performance of the National Anthem, and the stirring sounds of pipers as we officially open the season.
The celebration will culminate in a spectacular Centenary Boat Parade, where a flotilla of vessels will take to Pittwater in a tribute to RMYC's rich maritime heritage. As boats pass the rounding boat in salute, we'll honour the generations of members who have shaped our Club over the past 100 years and celebrate the exciting journey ahead.
